Delivery information

Delivering your order quickly and safely is our priority. We understand how important it is that your order arrives when you expect it, especially if you’re getting packed to go on holiday or the sun has made an appearance.

We work with a variety of postal services and couriers to deliver Solillas products around the world. We select the most suitable depending on the weight of your order and how quickly you want to receive it.

All orders to UK addresses are fully trackable and we’ll email you tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. You can also view the tracking information by logging into solillas.com and visiting the My Account section.

We are not always able to provide tracking information for orders to International addresses. We will email you when your order has left our warehouse and will give you an estimated delivery timeframe.

If your order hasn’t arrived when you expected it to, we are here to help. Please contact us and we will see what has happened and do everything we can to rectify the problem.

United Kingdom

UK Standard Shipping - £3.95 OR FREE ON ORDERS OVER £50 - 2 business days from dispatch
Standard Shipping is available to England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland.

UK Next Day Shipping - £5.95 per order - Next business day (currently unavailable)
UK Next Day shipping available to England, Scotland & Wales (excludes Outer Islands) for orders made before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped on the next business day. Orders made on a Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday and orders made after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. 

UK Outer Islands Shipping - £3.95 per order - 4-5 business days
Shipping is available to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands.

International - ordering from outside of the UK

If you are visiting our site from outside of the UK, you will be given the option to select your territory. This will enable you to:

• Shop in your local currency.
• Use your preferred local payment method.
• Access to great shipping rates, including delivery within 1 - 2 working days.
• View and pay import duties and taxes (if applicable) at checkout for a guaranteed price.
